In the comments section list Book and Page # and document type and how you would like to receive the documents. ALL VITAL RECORDS AND CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS WILL BE MAILED.
Upon receipt of payment, the documents will be forwarded by mail, email or fax.
WViPay.com will assess an electronic processing fee of $1.00 plus 2.2% for credit card transactions.
